We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.


5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Not satisfied? That can happen.

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Only unopened products are eligible for return.
  • Send us an email for return instructions (info@feelvibrance.com).
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
  • Always let us know before you send anything back. Otherwise, we cannot process your return.

Note: we cannot accept opened products for return.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You will receive automatic deliveries at your chosen interval

  • Payments are charged automatically

  • You may pause, change, or cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

However, all purchases are made directly with Feel Vibrance, not Shopify.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible or liable for any aspect of transactions between you and Feel Vibrance.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases.
